Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for large e-bike crates.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
