Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your next electric adventure.

Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?

In most regions, e-bikes that meet specific speed and power regulations are treated as standard bicycles and do not require a license or insurance. However, we recommend checking your local state or provincial laws regarding Class 1, 2, and 3 e-bikes.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Range varies by model, terrain, and assist level, but most of our e-bikes provide between 35 to 70 miles per charge. Factors like rider weight and incline will also impact the total distance.

Does my bike arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the setup in about 30 minutes.

What is your return policy for e-bikes?

We offer a 14-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that the odometer must read fewer than 10 miles, and a restocking fee may apply.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every bike from eBike Super Shop comes with a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against defects. Wear-and-tear items like tires and brake pads are not covered.

How do I maintain my e-bike?

Maintenance is similar to a traditional bicycle. Keep the chain lubricated, check tire pressure regularly, and avoid storing the battery in extreme temperatures. We recommend a professional tune-up every 500 miles.
